The aim of the module will be to challenge heteronormative
beliefs and categorizations in order to widen perspectives
and encourage students to think and develop their understanding
of more complex categories, which will enable students to
better relate to the growing number of people who reject one or
more of them, and to quip students to be able to effectively
train others in overcoming discriminatory practices towards
people whose sexual or gender preference is either different from
theirs or does not sit comfortably within their norm.
