It's been thirty years since homosexuality stopped being classified as a mental disorder and whilst a lot has been achieved since then, the journey to equality continues to be too long.
Here at NSPC we are committed to equality and stand in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ members of our community. If there are any issues related to your sexual orientation or gender that might be affecting your experience at NSPC, we can help.
Sasha Smith is the School’s touch point for gender, sex and sexual orientation and can provide a safe space where you can talk about any issues related to these protected characteristics in confidence. If you need someone to talk to, please contact Sasha at sasha@nspc.org.uk.
